How do I turn off "Automatically updated item specifics".

First I have to ask how is it that listing on Ebay gets worse every day. They do changes that never work and make it harder to sell on ebay!! No wonder im slowly closing my store.

Ok here my question. Ebay in their typical stupidity now has a box that pops up under your title that wants to add refinements. Of course they are ALWAYS wrong to there is now an extra step of having to click to remove it or it will screw up your description and cause you to have an incorrectly identified item. How the hell do I turn it off?

I don't think there's a way to turn it off, however at the top of the listing form where it shows the specifics that were automatically filled in- shows them right at the top under the title- there is an X mark that you can click on to remove them all. That's probably the fastest way for you to handle it- one extra click before you fill out your listing form.

I find about half of the auto-filled specifics to be accurate, and half not. Note: If you put the word "pumpkin" in the title it will always default the color to orange even if you wrote a different color in your title and pumpkin is just the shape or print of the object.
