I sold a item and it’s telling me that my funds will be available in my PayPal account within 24 hours for 4 days now.

There's no real point in contacting customer service about this payout. As a new seller, eBay and/or PayPal might withhold your payouts for as long as 21 days, under certain circumstances.

Why would you want to yell at someone you don't even know, who's probably getting paid less than the U.S. minimum wage, who had nothing to do with any of the policies you've run up against, and can do nothing about them.
How would it make you feel any better to make someone else miserable?
Online retailing takes a certain temperament in order to be successful. You might want to give selling on eBay some serious thought.

Yeah, but why would a company even bother to have CS who is under-paid, that doesn't know about 'policies' nor can do anything to help?
The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.
Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
