Someone’s asked me to ship to Australia but I don’t know how or the cost and I’m scared to do it. Any info would be appreciated my item is also free shipping?

You certainly would not want to offer "free shipping" to Australia (you would lose money). I would change this listing to "customer pays for shipping" and follow steps below to offer international shipping.
To turn on "international shipping" go to SITE PREFERENCES, SHIPPING PREFERENCES, EBAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (click on ENROLL). This will allow shipping worldwide...you ship to USA address and EBAY forwards to international customer. If item gets lost/damage during international portion of the trip (EBAY will reimbursement the customer).
Important thing to understand is once you "enroll" in international shipping (this automatically applies to ALL of your current and future listings).

Ebay International Shipping is lower impact on sellers' nervous system than any other sale.
Any problem after the item is inspected at the Ebay Hub is dealt with by Ebay at their expense. Even the dreaded Not As Described claims which plague sellers who have no returns policies are handled.
No customs declarations needed. Just your packing slip as you print it from Ebay is needed.

What you could do is go to this page and set up business policies for international shipping.
Then when you list items, you will see a new drop-down menu.
The business policies tool is easy to use, but let me know if you need help setting that up. 😉
