Go to your shipping preferences:
Edit the 'exclude shipping locations' section to how you want it

also simply state in your item description that you only ship to the USA only !! That way they see that when they are looking at your item.

I see that your listings already offer shipping only to the USA, but that won't stop buyers in other countries from bidding or buying anyway. There's no need to put anything about this in your description, because that is not enforceable, so it won't help.
You need to go to your buyer blocks and block purchases from buyers who are using a shipping address in a location that you don't ship to.

It only takes a few seconds to add wording in your description that you do not ship outside the U.S. This simple step can head off many potential problems with international buyers. It may not be enforceable, but it sure is practical.

Changing it in your shipping preferences blankets it over all of your listings automatically.
And as lacemaker3 mentioned above, if you also change your blocking preferences to block buyers in areas you dont ship to then you dont have to worry about adding anything to each listing or changing the ship to areas in each listing.
Also, i experienced several times where i changed the ship to areas in the listing to only the US but kept getting buyers from outside the US purchasing my items. After 3 or 4 times I finally got a CS rep to admit that it has to be changed in your shipping preferences to actually prevent them from buying from outside

The only way I was able to stop foreign buyers was to call PayPal and tell them I didn't want to accept foreign currencies. They made that change from their end.

If you phone and ask them, PayPal will apparently block buyers with non US PP accounts. That will block an international buyer with a US address from paying but not from first making a purchase. The foreign currency block doesn’t affect eBay buyers or sellers as sellers are always paid in the listing currency even if they don’t block any currencies.

@pjcdn2005 Thanks. That must be what they did. Ask PayPal to block buyers with non US accounts.

Hi @goldgolan Below is a link to PayPal where there are two settings that inhibit foreign transactions. The two blocks you can set are "block payments from payers with non-US PayPal accounts", and "block payments in currencies I do not hold." After clicking on the link, scroll down the page to the heading "Block Certain Kinds of Payments." Then you can follow the instructions to set these up. Decide carefully if you truly wish to enable these blocks. That's because they can block foreign customers who often use State-based freight forwarders or who have US addresses that they use. You may lose those potential sales where you would still ship domestically just as you prefer, but those buyers are in primary locations outside of the USA.

Does nothing at all. Items listed on .com no matter what site they are purchased on are priced in US Dollars, buyers can ONLY pay with US Dollars and obviously any US based seller would "hold" US Dollars in PayPal.
When blocking non-US PayPal accounts, besides blocking buyers who use Forwarders you also block most temporary/seasonal residents of the USA of which there are MILLIONS (Canadians, International students, business people).
