I have a potential buyer who is asking me to repeat an offer I had sent a couple weeks ago. I resent it, but they say that they have not received the offer. Is there a way to send the offer directly to them instead of just to any interested buyer?

I would lower the price on the item in the listing itself and send them an eBay message that states the same.

You can respond to a buyer message with an offer if the message was sent from the proper listing.

@generatorservices_217204 This is the way. Sending a seller-initiated offer from the Active Listings page will not reach them, because each watcher can only get one offer that way. If they've messaged you about it, though, you can send an offer in a message just to that buyer.

Or the OP could relist with a ridiculously high price and best offer accepted.
The buyer could offer what he had agreed to pay and the seller could accept that offer.

True, I've done that before too. I thought the item was still listing in this case in which case it wouldn't require that, but it is an option.

If you do this with the high offer and accept less and have you item in promoted listings at say 2%, Will you be charged the 2% (or whatever) on the ridiculously high price ?

Hi,
I have a listing that is an auction, but it has a Buy It Now on it. A buyer would like me to send an offer to them, however I can't figure out how to do it. She sent me a message via Ebay, but on that message I do not see any options to send her an offer. Please help. Thanks.

If the message won't let you do it, you can't do it. If you have bids, you can't either send or receive offers. They'd have to place a bid instead. If there's no bids, maybe cancel and relist as Fixed Price for what they're willing to pay, and just send them the new item number?
