How do I send an invoice with eBay not showing sold items that had bids?

eBay has a problem with auctions with bids not showing up in my sold section.  Apparently others have this same problem.    They are in my unsold section.  How do I send an invoice to the buyer?

We had the same issue.  Ebay support told us to do this, "Kindly go to your unsold Item and click on the title of the item click on Bids and once your on the Bid page refresh the page and the item will go to your sold ." Once you do you will have the option to send an invoice.
