How do I remove local pickup from shipping options?

Throughout my entire time on ebay, I've never allowed local pickup. I just noticed one of my items said "free local pickup" under the shipping information on the screen that customers see. When I went in to edit that listing, the local pickup option was turned off. I don't have many items anymore, but there are a couple that have local shipping mentioned in the shipping information. 

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it something I'll have to contact ebay about or is it something simple I'm not doing correctly?

I looked at all of your items I don't see Local pick up on any of them.

Can you post the item number? I do see you offer free shipping in the US.

Found it. Is it the jersey? You need to go into your Business policies to edit it.

Hi everyone,

I am having the same issue. I discovered that my listings show Local Pickup as available, but I don't want local pickup to take place.

I tried looking in my Business policies section to see how to remove this option, but I can't find anywhere that will allow me to remove Local Pick up from my delivery options.

I am a Canadian seller, so I don't know if the listing tool is different.

Could someone please advise me on how to remove the local pick up option for Canadian Sellers.

did you ever resolve this?  Most of my listings are saying I offer local pickup and when I go in to edit it is already off.  I have called ebay once already and they were not able to help

I am having the local pickup problem too - were you ever able to resolve it?

I read that if 'Cash at Pickup' is selected for a Payment Business policy - that THAT setting could be causing the 'Free Local Pickup' to toggle to 'on'.  

I've also been having this issue, and have NEVER had Local Pickup turned on via Shipping business policies.   
...... But I did add 'Cash' as an option when I had a old-school buyer who wanted to send cash in the mail in 2024, LOL.  

I just changed my Payment settings to remove Cash -- and will hopefully see a change on my items by tomorrow!!
