After 5 days with no payment the option will appear to "cancel the sale for non-payment". This replaces the old 'unpaid item dispute' process. At that time you can relist without waiting again for the buyer to pay.
eBay sends plenty of reminders, so you do not need to do that. You can also select in your site preferences to make the process 'automatic', where the transaction is cancelled by eBay at the 5 day mark.

This just sold today, on a best offer, and you already relisted it? Why? How do you know that the buyer KNOWS you accepted the offer - they may have never even seen that yet, or are at work or something and can't/won't pay until they get home.
Please do some reading on how to sell.

DO NOT RELIST until the item has been formally cancelled. Doing so can result in selling the same book to two different people. What if both of them end up paying? You will have at least one disappointed buyer and will probably earn yourself negative (deservedly) feedback.
You clearly are NOT ready to sell here.

Both scammers asked me to text them about the "item" using cryptic language, and both asked for my paypal info through the text message. That's against Ebays policies. All transactions must go through the managed pay system now. These are "tell-tale" signs of fraud/scam.

It was clearly a scam. Asking about the "item" not using the name of the actual item. Asking for my pay pal info through text messages. You can't do that-violation of policy.

eBay should have a policy to prove a scam and immediately cancel and re-list the item. I'm stuck right now with a couple of idiots trying to get me to ship after sending me fake/spoofed PayPal emails (with typos and grammar errors) and now I have to wait five days before I can re-list items that I need to get sold NOW. Terribly annoying policy that eBay has here.
