How do I reinstate my suspension?

I made up a toung in cheek add and was suspended. I learn from my mistakes. How do I get reinstated?

• Mice sold specifically as food for pets
• "Stud" services (including but not limited to dogs, cats, horses, sheep, goats, and cattle)
• Tadpoles
• Tropical fish

I'm confused. 

1.  Since the listing is still viewable in your completed listings, ebay didn't remove it. 

2. You're posting here and there's no "no longer a registered user" in your profile so you weren't suspended

3. I'm guessing that the suspension is from selling but normally, they remove offending listings. Did they remove the listing and you relisted it after it was removed?  

4. What did the message say about the suspension?

All of the ended listings say this and they all have a huge amount of Revisions.  The Lawn mower had 88 revisions in 77.5 hours.  So I am wondering if this is just fun and games?

"Permanently"  seems to strongly  suggest there is no way in Hades you will be reinstated by eBay.  But you  can try with folded hands and bended knees.
