to refresh your listings, Do "bulk editing" to your listings, then at "bulk edit" page, press "Submit all" button, that's it...
ebay's customer service gave me this method to refresh my listings last year.

You lose watchers this way. Better to bulk edit submit all.

Yes, but watchers will also buy down the road, like for holidays, birthdays, or anniversaries.
