How do I know?

Hello friends,

One week ago my eBay selling account was restricted, but in the email I received from eBay, there was a text saying that if I answer some questions, I can resume my activities on eBay. So, I contacted eBay customer service ( first through chat), but they said that my account is banned forever and I can’t sell or buy on eBay, to gain more information I called the eBay customer service, and they agent said that I can buy but I can’t sell forever. Around two days ago I received an email from eBay titled “ Complete your listings and start selling”. That was wired because based on eBay’s agents I could not sell on eBay forever, so, I asked the customer service again and they said that my account is reactivated, and I can resume my activities. And today, I had a general question regarding my eBay selling account, and when I asked my question from eBay online customer service agent, he didn’t answered my question and said my account is banned ( which was not related to my question). How can I find if my account is banned or not?!!! Because when I ask eBay customer service, they keep giving me different answers:(

     The simple way would be to try to post something. However, when I look at your sold items I am not able to open the original listing so my gut feeling is you are probably banned from selling. I am also unsure where you are located and/if/or you are drop shipping out of China but there may be a possibility that the two Invicta watches you sold were tagged or flagged as counterfeit. You have no feedback as either a buyer or a seller and have only had this account since 20 January 2022.
