Well I received this negative feedback from a buyer because buyer didn’t read the item title, description or item information ! How do I get eBay to remove this negative feedback! I heard from eBay blocked bidders forum this feedback can be removed?

I understand that it isn't anything you have experienced. It doesn't however mean that it doesn't exist. It just means you have not experienced it. It is called feedback manipulation and it simply is not allowed. So if they buyer had of reported you, Ebay could have sanctioned you. It simply is not a good practice to do this ever.
