No, there isn't. And a price comparison for something so atypical might not be relevant anyway.

Q1: price of listing aged > 1 year.
Question unclear. How to find price or listing aged > 1 year? If you find the listing the price is in the listing. You can find the start time of a listing, but there is no easy way to filter listings by age.
Q2: historical listing sold prices
Some paid services provide eBay past 3 year listing sold prices. Terapeak research free for all sellers only provides past 1 year listing sold prices.

With what is going on in this world an item price over a year ago can be way off of what it sells for today.

One key question is there any active listings?
If so I would likely with some exceptions either put the item in my scrap metal pile or in the trash.
If there are no active listings you have either got something very obsolete or very rare, rare does not necessarily mean desirable but it could.
I have done very well on some items that had no sales history that I could find anywhere, I like to start with what I think is a very high price with best offer on these type items, when you do that and it sells right away you always wonder if you underpriced it.
