How do I find Ebay invoices?

I see the 90 days info. I need to do a search for a sale over 90 days and guess the best way is to review invoices. Where are they now since Managed Payments changed it? The older ones.  How else could I go back to find a sales over 90 days? I see I can ask for the data, takes about a week. Any suggestions?

All transactions only goes back 90 days.  That might be all you get.     If you are not keeping your own records, then you are stuck with what little eBay gives you.

How long have you been on Managed Payments? If where the transaction falls is within the time frame that yourpayments were still coming from PP, you can search much farther back on PP.

On Managed Payments since it started.  I guess I can search PP. I'll try.

I would try the 'Performance' Tab -----> Sales

Set your Period parameters

'Generate Report and scroll down to Listings insights

You can "Search" by title or keyword for the whole period you previously selected

or just scroll through to identify by picture

I do miss the days of eBay past when if you were not on MP, you could get monthly reports back for at least a year. I don't quite understand why they have decided that they are going to limit how far back you can run reports to only 90 days. It's been forever that you cannot get back more than 90 days in sold items, but there was at least downloadable data in reports for at least a year back.

I'm left wondering how many sellers did not anticipate getting a 1099 for 2021, so did not have good sales records and are now left trying to recreate numbers with little access to information.

in the seller hub you can go to payments>reports>invoices and should be able to pull them  up. 

I kept mine in my emails from last year thankfully but also, thankfully, was able to find them that way too. 

It's just too darn hard to figure out how to find everything you need here when new to it all I guess, am getting really frustrated myself .  Mananged payments and the seller hub is convoluted to me, anyway.
