If the buyer has already paid, you don't need to deduct $10 from the sale... it's closed. You need to issue a partial refund.

Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped. Find the order and tick the drop-down menu to the left and select 'Send refund'.

Enter the $10 amount, confirm and submit. Easy peasy. Good luck.
