I looked at your sold listings and you have sold two sets of your earbuds. Neither listing says anything about pick a color. If those are the listings you are talking about, then I would say they are both expecting white as that is all you showed them in the listing.
Now with that said. You need to revise the listing you are currently running. You are breaking some Ebay rules that are going to potentially get you in trouble with Ebay.
It is Search Manipulation to use brand names in the titles or item specific boxes when the product you are selling is NOT that name brand. This is a big no no on Ebay.
You also may end up with problems with the buyers that have purchased these if they didn't read your listing really closely as the way you word things it is easy to overlook that these are NOT actual Apple Airpods.

Also, I thought I did add in the other colors because when I view my product, it has three colors. I'll figure out how to fix this too.

You should really do research about selling on Ebay before jumping in with both feet. By not doing that, you can get yourself into trouble early on and lose your selling privileges without meaning to.
