Does anyone know where I can check the status of these? Before you could check stuff in the resolution center for normal claims but I think ebay got rid of the security center for those types of things.
Are sure what you are asking? Has customer opened "did not receive item" case against you? If you want to check status of "open case" complaint....go to Seller Hub, Orders, All Open Returns.
