The feedback means nothing so don't even bother with that since the buyers have to receive positive feedback which is a complete joke. What you can do is click on the buyer's name to see if he is also a seller. Then open up their listings. That feedback is beneficial as buyers can leave them negative comments.
I have found that if the buyers cheats as a seller he will usually cheat as a buyer. Good luck.

Read the feedback they leave for others too, as it can give insight to their methods on Ebay.

There are 2 useful things to check in the buyers feedback: first go to their Feedback as a buyer tab and see how many bid retractions they have showing. The number is on the right side of the page above where the feedback comments from sellers start. If theres a number there thats higher than maybe 4 then be alert in case they bid high and then retract.

The other thing is to look at their Feedback left for others tab. If they like to leave red Negs then of course thats a problem. But also read their positive comments and see if there are other hints like how the seller works to solve problems and that kind of thing. Thats a big clue that the buyer likes to find fault and haggle partial refunds.
