Not sure why you are having such a problem, @jacksonholewyoming. I have two eBay accounts and it is possible for me to log into either one simply by putting in the correct login/user name and password for each.
Just to keep things straight in my own mind, I use Chrome to login to my primary account. To login and access my secondary account I use Edge. Both browsers are open at the same time and I just "toggle" back and forth to each account when necessary simply by clicking on the correct browser icon on my toolbar.
I'm running Windows 10, and have no issues, in fact I have never heard of anyone having a problem running two different browsers (or more) simultaneously with Windows. What are you using? A computer? Tablet? Smartphone? What version of Windows are you using?
