How do I bulk edit some of my shipping?

How do I bulk edit some of my shipping? I don't want to have to edit each listing. I want to be able to edit all my items that have these services avaialbe: Ground Advantage, Priority and Fitst Class international to Canada. I want to change all to only offer Ground advantage and Priority.

Do you have your various shipping options set up under business policies? 

I do, and when I do bulk changes for shipping, I am presented with a series of shipping options / choices that are reflected in the business policies themselves.
