How do I bulk edit prompted listings?

I have a problem with promoted listings. I had it at 1%, but somehow ebay changed it to 9%....omg. how do i go in and bulk edit prompted listings? 

Also, on to another subject. How does promo listings help you? Does it really help sales?

Go into the Promoted Listings screen and edit the campaign (dropdown is on the left to edit)

There us an option"use same rate for all".

Set your rate and save the campaign.

I'm on the fence about whether or not it works .... I do know that it confuses some buyers when they see 2 exact same listings. I get messages about buying "both" items every once in a while 😞

Possibly those listings have a good enough placement in regular search results so they don't need to be promoted? Depending on your volume it could prove difficult to check every listing- if you're open to the program then I say use it on everything and don't worry about an occasional buyer being confused. In my experience promoted listings has given my sales a boost.
