How do I become a verified seller?

Ebay says that I can't post an item because I'm an unverified seller or don't meet their performance standandards. I checked and saw that I meet their performance standards. How do I become a verified seller?

You might want to check the presale policy.

You have to be able to ship the item within 30 days.
