How do I adjust Buyer Requirements

I'd like to edit my buyer requirements. I found the instructions on how to do so ( https://export.ebay.com/en/customer-service/case-resolution/setting-buyer-requirements-or-blocking-a... ) but the steps are no longer accurate. There's no Site Preferences option under Account.

In the Seller Hub, Overview page, look under Shortcuts

It SHOULD be Sell (Seller Hub)>Overview> Shortcuts Box, Block Bidders

Mine WAS , but I must have deleted it.  It can also be found this way: My ebay>summary>account>Under selling, selling preferences>under Your buyers, Blocked Buyer List

If, like me, you deleted it from shortcuts, you can add it back using the wheel in the upper right of the Shortcut box.

Make sure to toggle the Apply button and Submit, or the changes only apply to future listings.

The buyer requirement is something eBay should have never default everyone into, it should be a sellers choice, and if you ask me it's a choice between whether you want to get offers anymore or not, because buyers absolutely HATE it, including me I won't even make an offer anymore unless the boxes are unchecked on a sellers store, I have requested dozens of times that a seller uncheck them, and most seller have no clue where to find them, or aware of what's going on, All they know is the offers have dried up.-----------
