Hi. You can either create templates or, I just go to one of my existing listings and click "Sell Similar Item". You just change the various specifics and put all of your permanent terms in the Description. You also of course should be clicking NO Returns for Domestic and International buyers. If a Buyer opens a return and uses the "Just didn't like" reason (Buyers Remorse) you do not have to accept the return. Sadly, they can make up any other reason such as damage or misdescription and ebay will approve the return. You will be required to pay for a return label. You will not have to refund until the item is returned. Good luck selling on eBay. They like making Sellers lives miserable.

Type out your terms of service and save it to copy paste, then you can save templates.
BTW - you can have 'No returns' if you want but all that means is that you don't require an item to be returned for a refund - if a buyer claims INAD you will be forced to refund by eBay and you will not get your item back.

When it comes to a seller's TOS, it must be remembered that the MBG trumps such a TOS. This is especially true regarding NAD returns.

Usually a TOS is not a "one-size" fits all for listings. You can save your drop in as a Word doc and cut and paste or create a template per category and "add" to each description above the saved typed in TOS.
I tend to hit the back button when I see a wordy TOS - if the TOS is longer than the item description, I usually back out and go find another Seller. If things are that "structured/tense" before the sale, I usually think issues "after" will be a doozy. ymmv

No returns does not mean No Refunds.
However, even a seller with a No Returns policy can demand the return of a disputed item before refunding. But you will be refunding.
Also KISS.
Keep It Simple.
My ToS are probably too long, but I wanted to encourage overseas sales.
Focus on what you want the result to be.

Make sure that whatever you decide to put in your listings as your TOS that it is enforceable on this site and it doesn't breach any rules. If you'd like to give us more details about what you want to say, we could help you with that.
