How do Global Shipping Returns work?

Hi all,

Today I had an international buyer message me saying that the item I sent them is different than the photos (it's not).  They're asking me what I want to do about it.  I do have a 30 day free return policy and I'm TRS, but I don't think that applies to international orders.  Has anyone done a GSP return; how does it work?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Since you can't send them a label you will have to send them the funds to ship your item back. Ask them to get you the cost for the return shipping.

I'm pretty sure that GSP will handle this for you. Contact customer support.

This has happened to us. We contacted customer support about it and never heard another thing. They took care of it.

what ended up happening? I have a buyer with 0 feedback who put an offer through GSP.

I would like to know how returns are handled even though i have set it to no returns.
