How come others can create other selling accounts but not me?

I've noted many times someone saying on here they have many seller accounts.  I wanted to tr an experiments since several other sellers have said our listings are in beta mode or in some test category that limits our sales.  Immediately my account was suspended. Why is that?  I don't owe anything?  Although i'm thinking of filing a chargeback now against ebay.  Why can others have other seller account but not me?

Anyway; I put 'Halloween Skeleton' in the eBay search and it comes back with 180,000 listings. 

What makes you thing you are in some kind of 'beta' that is 'blacking out' your listings?

That's what some one else is saying.  Charge back would be for my store.  Customer is always right,  always.  I wanted to try a test.  I don't see why it would say my new account would be permently suspended. I definitely have cause for concern.  Ebay is not showing my items to he right people.  That's their fault,  not mine . Others are allowed to do this but why not me?  All I wanted to see is if there was a difference. None of this would be necessary if ebay actually showed my item instead of tying to find ridiculous etsy buyers who just got out of hospital.

Maybe it's all the KWS.  You aren't allowed to do this - 1 line for the actual item & then a huge list of KWS:

You store fees are paid from your sales so there is no one to do a 'charge back' to. If you were able to do one because somehow you are paying your store fee through a CC, then you may succeed with the CB; but you won't last/succeed on eBay very long doing it.

Yeah & while they're not all this long, every one I looked at had a lot of KWS, which is NOT allowed.  You're not even allowed to mention other items you're selling.

Any charge to any of my plastic is subject to laws that protect consumers.  Ebay stopped referring to us as business partners or whatever a longgg time ago . What would the harm be in not visiting this site daily?  I've been visiting this site for at least a month and I'm not seeing anything too interesting...

OT:  how does one block someone on this site who keeps harassing them?  Can't seem to find the button?  Whenever I have some one harassing me I block them.  I don't feed the trolls here.

A charge to your 'plastic' is up to the 'agreement' that you 'agreed' to when you 'agreed' to it. 

I don't understand what any of that any other verbiage is even about. 'Visiting the site daily'?? what does THAT mean?

Ebay is currently not abiding by any agreement.  My items along with that of others are suppose to be shown and shown to intrrested parties. I don't know why so many people want to change the subject.  I was simply trying to do a beta test of my own to help me and others perhaps understand this menagerie.  We often discuss such things on this board.

I just asked this question on my recent thread on the Seller board - if I had not had a transaction with them and they were emailing me crazy stuff(s) multiple times a day........

@simply-the-best-for-you had replied you have to have e-Bay call you and handle it that way.  There is no button, etc.

So, how do you KNOW that your items are NOT BEING shown? I see them when I click on your store. I tried to input 'Halloween skeleton' into the the 'search' but with 180,000 listings- I wouldn't even begin to see if you were one of them.

Not trying to change any subject.  Went to check your acct to see if I could answer your question.  I thought you might be new to the site.  Saw that you weren't new, but then saw all the KWS, which is against the rules & may very well be why you weren't allowed to create a second account.   Was just trying to answer your question that you posted.

No no no,  to the right people.  I know that if I list a handful of lint,  someone could be interested.  However I think i have a few more things that would garner attention and have quite recently if shown to the right people and ebay certainly knows who they are if they would stop trying to over think titles. I was told by them and know this is true,  the 1st 5 words are the most important.  If I am not selling a trademark product I should not be penalized by using certain words.  If for 2 or mor years running the most popular Halloween prop is a 12 foot skeleton I should not be prejudiced by offering a hand painted 32" skeleton. Both came from home depot.  Mine took a long time to create.  I hand painted mine with a small paint brush and alcohol activated makeup paints(very expensive).  Title should matter not.  No one should OWN common words.  I'm wel laware of what ebay has done to categories and item specifics but as a last ditch effort I wanted to find out if it was my account as some sellers thing a lot of us are in some test dog house. I really don't see wht the fuss is.  I run experiments all the time.
