How come others can create other selling accounts but not me?

I've noted many times someone saying on here they have many seller accounts.  I wanted to tr an experiments since several other sellers have said our listings are in beta mode or in some test category that limits our sales.  Immediately my account was suspended. Why is that?  I don't owe anything?  Although i'm thinking of filing a chargeback now against ebay.  Why can others have other seller account but not me?

You're not the first seller to have successful ebay IDs already who find any new one they try to create immediately suspended for no good reason (they usually say it's to 'protect the community' which is laughable considering the scammers seem to have no trouble creating new accounts).

I am well aware my account is not the most healthy(not enough listings)but that is no fault of my own.  I often run tests on this site to try and understand things and pass on my findings to others but how can one possibily beta test this site if there is no sandbox to play in?  It makes me think there is a lot of truth in what some say about accounts being secretly hidden or as I say only shown to some.  It's really unfair that so many others can create other accounts and or shoot their mouth off here and try to start trouble.  I'm in the same boat as a lot of people.  We're not getting any help.  We're not getting any answers from ebay.  We see corporate greed and amazon infiltration.  WE try way harder than the etsy running on ants sellers but get closed out for whatever nefarious reason . we ask simple questions but only get beligerent confrontations.  It makes me wonder what sort of deals were made to destroy this site. All this talk of rules.  I don't hear the cheerleaders complaining about amazon selling on this site....Last night 30% pomotion wasn't enough.  Must be nice living in another counry with a different exchange rate .

You sound like a been there done that.  Those are their exact words.  I'm not exctly successful these days but know  a lot more about selling and shipping than most on this site.  I'm just out of practice. I can't sell Halloween in October.  Why are are some thinking I'm over reacting?  I'm done with this site very soon.

Reach out to e-Bay on social media to get this resolved.

You do not want a perm suspension on one acct to bleed over and suspend your main account, which often occurs.

The keywords issue is not related to trademarks, it is related to keyword spamming, which has been a site violation for decades. You are risking your account using all those words....it is considered improper search manipulation.
