As a New Starter do i have to wait for the Payoneer or can i connect with Paypal and go ahead?
If i wait a few weeks, will they not be automatically introduce to me the Payoneer as a payment method?
What i want to do for this? Patience or Getting started?

Because you registered this account in the US, it is unlikely eBay can invite you to managed payments, as in the US they only use Adyen, and you must use Payoneer.
Maybe try opening a genuine account in Sri Lanka and see if that helps. You need to open a Payoneer account first, and then eBay does the rest - IF it is legal for you to open the account.
@downunder-61, this reply is incorrect. Everything we can see shows that the OP's account is registered correctly, and eBay has been inviting Sri Lankan sellers to register for managed payments. Some of them have been activated and are selling with managed payments and Payoneer already.
@wlankanatha is registered in Sri Lanka, as you can see on their Feedback profile page.
There is no eBay website in Sri Lanka. Many countries do not have an eBay website based there. Those sellers can register on any of the other websites and list items to sell there. Many (probably most) international sellers register on eBay.com because it is set up to support them as international, global sellers. @wlankanatha registered on ebay.com which is shown here:
There is a special section on the ebay.com website for global sellers who are registered in other countries: https://export.ebay.com/en/
@wlankanatha, your account appears to be registered correctly. You registered on www.ebay.com, and your registered address is shown as being in Sri Lanka.
In Sri Lanka, you can only use a Paypal account to send money or payments. The Sri Lankan government does not allow you to receive funds to a PayPal account. So you will not be able to sell and receive payments to a PayPal account legally.
You will have to register for managed payments and provide a Payoneer account to receive your payments. After that, you will have to wait, probably for a few weeks, until your account is activated for managed payments. eBay will let you know a few days ahead when that is going to happen. Some other sellers in Sri Lanka have already been able to start selling and receiving payments with managed payments and Payoneer. I believe this means that Payoneer has been able to meet the requirements in Sri Lanka to allow you to legally receive payments.

it pays to help folks who have an interest in selling
2 months ago we were all sort of dismissing payoneer as if it were a mythical creature
payoneer does appear to be the way forward /go between with MP
Indonesia is actively courting sellers with it from what I have read on the boards.
many small countries with no use for paypal have a chance at getting in on the action now with payoneer as a steping stone to sucess with MP/ebay
as lacemaker has pointed out, this is a huge rollout with payoneer
I think its beneficial to have an understanding of alternate payment forms in foreign countries
only time will tell if this is the newest latest greatest thing in some countries

Thank You for advising
According to your idea ebay will give us to Manage Payment automatically within few weeks. After that we can start selling on ebay...
And I have to ask something according to this subject
There are some rumors among our Sri Lankan Community If you are getting started to sell on ebay don't wait for manage payment, you can go ahead through pay pal and after that ebay will introduce Manage Payment. Then you can register Payoneer as a payment option..
Is that correct?

People in Sri Lanka can't use Pay Pal to receive money.

@wlankanatha, no, that isn't correct.
There are two problems for you if you try to register an account with PayPal:
May I ask you something? How does the Sri Lankan community find out about, and learn about eBay? Is there a forum for you to discuss it, or where do you get classes about this?
