How can e bay declare me in volation of e bay rules with giving me proof

I always thoughtin America you could not be declared gulity without evidence. Obvisouly on e bay you can . I was pentlized for shill bidding I have only bid on another sellers items which was another seller in Wisconsin I am in Missouri  .All I can get from ebay is someone with an account that has information like mine must have been doing shilll bidding but e bay will not give me any informationand will not help me change the information on my account so the accounts are not mixed up . Who can  I contact to appeal ? Thanks for your help.

There is a difference from being charged with a crime by the Government versus a non-governmental business penalizing you.  An account "like yours" is still a different unique account, so apparently eBay has your unique account tied to shill bidding, if that is actually the claim. Really do not think there is anything you can do. At least you still have all your listings up, so abide by the rules and move on. Better to be penalized versus being banned.
