How can I view a bidders profile

Is there a way that I can view a bidders profile before the auction ends? The same person keeps bidding on an item,with no intention of paying. They tried scamming me originally,but I reported them and they were banned. Now they keep making new accounts and bidding. I'd like to see where this bidder is from and if it's a newly opened account.

Just click on the feedback or the id of the bidder, it should be showing the full id to you as the seller.

It just shows their ID and there is no way to click on/open it

There might be an issue with that statement.   They cannot 'keep' making new accounts just to bid on your items.  eBay doesn't allow it.

@littlerebel1111   Do you have that item set for Private listings?   Here is a link to the Help Pages covering Private listings policy:

You may need to End that listing and make sure it is not set for Private ... you also need to add Bidders to you Blocked list, that way if they try to circumvent a block eBay will deal with them.

They are obviously using different IPs,possibly a VPN. It's definitely the same person. The same address and name everytime

That was the issue thanks. I do keep blocking him, but it doesn't matter when he comes back with a different ID

Perhaps it's time to list your item at a fixed price with immediate payment required.    I'm assuming that it's the Sony PS5 since your sold items show it as being relisted multiple times.  Unfortunately, these items do attract scammers, and I would be very careful selling it here.  Absolutely ship it insured with signature confirmation required.  I would check the buyer's profile and address too before shipping.  I would not allow it to leave the country through a freight forwarder either.

You are more than welcome @littlerebel1111 .  The next time you report them include the other IDs and advise eBay that the Buyer is violating policy by circumventing your blocked list by creating new IDs ...

Guaranteed it's that PS5; End the listing and relist with a 'buy it now' and checkmark the 'immediate payment required'.

I’ve had similar issues.  If you call eBay and get an actual person in the right dept. They investigate 

pretty thoroughly.  And put a stop to it.  Very quickly.
