How can I show my phone number like this in the eBay app?

I saw that one seller is able to show his phone number like this in the app. Anyone knows how to achieve this? Thank you for any help!

Sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase is not allowed.

Publishing or displaying contact information in a listing without the permission of eBay, or except as required by law, is not allowed. User contact information includes information used to contact another member outside of eBay such as:

• Name
• Addresses
• Phone number
• Email address
• Social media ID
• Instant messenger ID
• External website addresses (URLs)

Since you have a store, you can set up FAQs.  In your FAQs, there is an option to share your phone # -

I see it under FAQs on the website, but I do not see it on the app.

Try asking on one of the app discussion boards - there must be another setting -

I'm on a desk top.

(eBay might not show a Seller if they are logged into their Seller account

and are looking at your own listings.)

It might look different on the mobile app, but it still should be there.
