every other time i ship outside of the US there's a problem, not to mention the higher paypal fee... i uncheck 'Sell internationally with the Global Shipping Program' but that's not enough.
there has to be a way, i just don't see it anywhere. tips?

Go to your seller hub.
Click on listings.
Check edit.
Click on all your listings.
Click on edit fields.
click on Shipping International.
Click on Global shipping cancel.
Submit.
Make sure that you wait and acknowledge the changes.

Open you listing and revise the shipping details.
After you finished go to your listing and click on the Shipping to make sure you have it set as desired.

You may be able to set your "site preferences" related to where you will ship under Account/Settings/Site Preferences or similar area in the seller hub. This will not prevent international users that have a US shipping address (reshippers, etc.) from bidding and buying from you for the extra fee. Since you are still taking PayPal, you can select "not to accept payments from non-US accounts" or something of the sort. This will not prevent them from bidding, only prevents them from PAYING.

Hi, you need to set your shipping exclusions. In the link below, you can access the Exclude Shipping Location page from the policy. There you can block all countries you don’t want to ship to.
