Hello,
I want to send a invoice to a buyer who wants to buy my product. So how can I do that?

Why doesn't he simply buy the item on ebay? After he does, ebay will send him an invoice and you can also........best thing to do is require immediate payment so he must pay before the item is considered sold.......
Just for information........there are ways to send an invoice off ebay.......but if the item is listed on ebay......you run a REAL risk of violating ebay rules by taking the sale off ebay (and therefore denying them their fvf) and you could be suspended/kicked off for doing so.......
If the buyer is giving you some story about how he can't pay for an item thru ebay, it's probably a scam..........and you will end up losing the item and getting no money.........

Unless you need to adjust shipping for a combined order, there is absolutely no need to send a buyer an invoice.
The buyer can hit the "buy it now" button and pay you, of they are buying from a single listing, or they can use "add to cart" for multiple items and then proceed to checkout from there.
Like the previous poster said, if they are giving you some sob story about not being able to pay on eBay, it is most likely a scam.

If sellers could simply pick a buyer's ID and send an invoice, that would provide a mechanism for sellers to "spam" buyers with unwanted offers. eBay would never allow that, nor should they.
eBay does not permit a seller to simply invoice a buyer without the buyer first buying the item. If your buyer has actually purchased the item, this page describes the process.

Unless the buyer is using a phone to purchase multiple items. As far as I know, the bug where no request total from seller button appears, is still a problem for a mobile device.
