How can I remove the automatic Best Offer & Auto relist facility on all my Items for Sale?

Why do eBay automatically add the Best Offer and Auto relist options on any listings you make using the app on a mobile? I have to then manually go into 130 sales via the Seller Hub on my iPad when I’ve got WiFi to remove and alter them. I know it’s a money spinning exercise but can’t I have these 2 options completely removed from any sales listed under my User name? Help!

Because the App is the quick listing form & they will do this to you
Go on over to the Mobile App board for iOS and read up on some posts, a lot of them there complaining or post your question  there
ebay mobile App  staff help may respond but really your best bet is to list with Advanced form on PC.
