How can I promote listings ?

I want promote listings , but after I go to seller hub - marketing tab there is not promoted listings .

As a brand new seller you don't qualify yet. You need to wait until you receive an e-mail from eBay that says you meet the requirements.

Once you have sold some more items you should qualify, as you are a new seller. 

Congratulations on choosing the items you are selling.  So many Sri Lanka sellers sell items that people don't want or need. Then they get suspended because they're prohibited.  You may want to lower the price on monk's clothing.  I saw the same things on ebay for more than half the price.  Just a suggestion. That would be helpful to sell more.  Good luck to you.
