I am in usa, but I only want to list my items on ebay.com singapore or sg.

How?

no one from any other country can see my item except those in singapore.

I don't know if excluding shipping to  all countries except Singapore would make it show there or not.  You would have to sign in on the Singapore site to find out..........

If you list on ebay.com, you cannot block shipping to USA.

To ship only to Singapore, you must list on

Singapore: http://www.ebay.com.sg/

When you create your listing, you need to BLOCK all countries except Singapore.

When you list on that site, you would set up the domestic shipping section which would be shipping to Singapore and not set up any international shipping locations.  In your site preferences - buyer requirements, check off the following option to prevent anyone without an address in Singapore from purchasing on that site.

Buyers in locations to which I don't ship

Block buyers whose primary postage address is in a location I don't ship to.
