So for the past month, I've been in a dry selling slump as some of the items I've been selling haven't got any traction. And I kinda want to sell more items in my store, but I can't sell anymore as I can only do 10 listings.
Should I just remove the listings I have and just relist them back? What are tips you guys do that got some of your listings be traffic?

Your titles are probably the most important part of your listing so that you are seen in searches by potential buyers. Your titles are PRIME real estate. Stay away from words that people are not going to use in their searches. It is a waste of valuable space. And then there is the opposite, make sure you use words that people are likely going to use in their search to find the item.
For example: The DVD's you are selling, you didn't put DVD in the title, you should. Star Wars shells, take out Excellent Condition as that isn't something buyers will put in their searches, but you should add the word Card to the title.. In that new Thomas the train listing, you forgot to put the word train in your title.
Sometimes it is helpful to do a search on Ebay of similar items and look at what active sellers are putting in their titles.
Good Luck, I hope your sales increase.

Besides what mam said ...
Watch your condition descriptions.
The definition of "open box" is excellent NEW condition with no wear.
Your stylus is not new. It is used.

One more ...
"Salty" the engine. "Brand New"
Description says "the parts used to make salty are new" 😞
If you built that from a kit, have had it for a while and ran it on the tracks ... it is not new. It is used.

How can I get more traffic for my sellings?
You get traffic by listing items that are (a) in high demand, (b) in low supply, (c) priced lower than the competition, and (d) at prices that buyers are willing to pay.
It is pretty hard to differentiate your listings and generate traffic when you are selling $5 items that have lower-priced competition.

You can phone eBay and ask for the number of available listings (not "sellings") to be increased. You can do this every 30 days.
You may as well close all those listings priced under $10. You won't make any money on them.
If you have items that will not sell individually for at least $10, group them into lots of similar items before listing.
On very cheap items, you competitor is the manufacturer in China, who has very low shipping costs. And his stuff is New In Box.

I managed to get my limit increased, but once the month end, will my limit come back?
I decided to delete one of the listings I had and put how many each item there was. But I wanna know how can I use the quantity manager so I can list each card better? And is it free to use?
Like this listing for example:

Ebay allows for sellers to call once every 30 days to ask for their selling limits to be raised. Once your limit it raised, that is your new limit until you get it raised again. Keep calling every 30 days until you have your limit well above what is comfortable for you.

So if my new limit is 50 items per month instead of 10, then it'll just be 50 every month?

Yes.
But don't confuse your number of free listing fee listings with your selling limits. The two are not the same.
