How can I contact a eBay buyer who made and offer to me? I didn't see the offer until it was closed.

I did not see the offers before the offers expired. Can I still reach out to the eBay people who made me offers? If I can tell me how to do that. Thank you

No point. The offer expired. They can't resend it.

Do you still have a watcher? (Maybe that's who sent the offer.) Lower your price to the offer amount and see if they buy!

If the buyer initiated the offer then you have their ID and you can send them a message. Lower the price and let them know.

If you as the seller initiated the offer then the buyer's ID is masked and there is no way to contact them.

Very frequently sellers think they miss buyer offers, but it turns out the seller is the one that initiated the offer.
