Have a nice day. Why was my account restricted? There is no mistake in the account. Your account has been restricted message has arrived today. When I contact them by e-mail, they keep saying the same thing. How can I connect to live support?

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

As @mam98031 suggested, I'd also recommend using facebook.com/eBayForBusiness . The regular agents are fine for simple tasks such as asking eBay to step in on a return. For looking for specific information and correcting account issues the facebook support will save you a lot of time as they typically are much more trained.
