Hello,
please how can I add items to my store (starter store), I can only put 4 featured items !

Featured items are just the ones that you have showing on top..I don't think that you can have more than 4. But you do have a total of 74 items in your store right now. If you can't see them it is because you don't ship to Morocco. If you go into one of your listings, click on the shipping tab and change your location to a country that you ship to. Then you should be able to see all of our listings.

Interesting...
If I change my location to Morocco and then click on your name here and click on 'listings' I can't see your listings which makes sense because you don't ship to Morocco. But if I then click on your store icon I do see your listings in your store even though my location is still set to Morocco. That's odd...perhaps when a person goes into the store area rather than use 'see other items' they see the store if that seller ships to their registered location...regardless of the location entered on ebay at the time??
@Anonymous
Any idea why the op can see their listings if they click on 'see other listings' as long as they change their location to the US but they can't see them in their store setting when viewing as a US user? When viewing a store is there an automatic default that disregards the users location they are currently using on ebay and instead uses their registered or ip location?

Assuming that I understand what you are saying, I've asked someone from ebay to comment but they may not reply until after the weekend.

You can only post 4 featured items on your stores selling page. You can't add anymore.

Hi @pjcdn2005, when you change your shipping location in search, this would not carry over to when you look at a seller's store. You would need to change the shipping location again when looking at their store for it to update. If a buyer's default shipping location is one that the seller does not ship to, this will default both in search and in their store and the listings would not be visible to that buyer, to clarify. The search process and store process are separate, so any changes to filtering/sorting made in one would not carry to the other. It sounds like when the OP goes to their store, they aren't changing the shipping location to the US like they did in search results.

When we go to your store we see all of your items.
Scroll down past the top 4... the rest are there.

Just to confirm that I understand what you mean...when you go into your store with a US location, you can see your 4 featured listings at the top but you can't see any other of your listings...is that right?
Could you please check something for me? Try again to go into your store with a US location and then if you can't see your listings after that, go into another sellers listing and click on the shipping tab to confirm that even though you can't see listings in your store, you are still showing a US location when you click on the shipping tab.
Trinton thinks that you must be defaulting back to Morocco when you go into your store but I don't think that is the problem.

Hi @atlas-brothers, those other sellers ship to your location. Since you do not ship to your location, your items will not be shown to you. If you change the location you are having items shipped to, and this location is one that your offer shipping to, then you will be able to see your items.

When you go into your store and click on one of the featured listings and then click on the shipping tab...does your location show the US and a US zip code? Having a zip code can make a difference...I use 92210. Once you click on see rate, click on visit store in that listing. Can you see the listings now?
I know that you have said that you are using a US location but Trinton thinks that you are not so please just try this so that we can see if you are using a US location and still not seeing your listings.

As you told me I have tested with zip code 92210, but I still can't see all the items when I click on ' visit store ' !
Hi @atlas-brothers, you will not be able to change the ship to address in your store view since your ship to location is not one that you provide shipping to, and this is what is used as the default shipping address when you navigate to your store. What you put into search will affect your search results and what is shown in a listing, but is separate from the store view. You will need to change the ship to address on file to an address you offer shipping to, or change your shipping options to offer shipment to your primary shipping address if you want to view the items in your store while logged in.
Can you tell me what you are looking to see? Since I can see your items in your store without a problem, maybe I can answer a question you have or share screenshots of how it looks. Any buyer that is in a location that you ship to will see your items, as confirmed by myself and other members who have replied here, so you don't have to worry about not being visible to potential buyers.
