Where can he do this? i have googled but all i can find is how the buyer can initiate a cancellation request and it all says that i have to wait for the refund, but he never payed in the first place so I'm very confused. The buyer is notified and all they do is accept the cancellation. Curiously, though, I've often just had the cancellation (by buyer) go right through not an hour later. Hopefully this will move through quickly. You can always contact the buyer and say that you've gone ahead and cancelled their order as they desired, and will just need them to OK that.
