I know that times are tough for many. My sales have been doing very good for the past couple of weeks. I feel like eBay has always been up and down depending on the items I have for sale and connecting with that buyer looking for what I have. My advice is to keep learning and have a diverse store if possible. List a little every day, change prices, send offers... How about you?

My sales are up and down.
They are currently up a few percentage points.
I can't complain.
I think one of the things that works to my advantage is that I sell all kinds of things.
If there is a slump in one category, there may be an increase in sales in another category.
I don't just sell vintage belt buckles then complain when vintage belt buckles aren't selling.

Ended all PL standard campaigns, launched new ones.
Sales are back as a result.
Adjusted several best/better sellers pricing and back to free shipping on those. Sold 2 today as a result.
Listed a few. Hate listing now. Like playing whack-a-mole.

Well after the 36th ghost listing this weekend, love looking like an idiot every time, and the 300th no payment sales so far this year, we decided to pull all listings down for a week or 2, drop the the subscription, see if the tragic technical errors get right in the next few month, and stay on track of our live shop, and what nots.

The new updates have added way more time with listing, and other changes are not good in my opinion. Hopefully they will get the bugs out. I have been selling since 1999, so seen a lot of changes. It's still a good place to sell. FB Marketplace has helped a ton, but eBay is still the best as far as I see it

I'm slower, but I'm still shipping two to five packages a day. But then, I'm using the extra time to list and catch up with all the work that isn't done yet. Listings to write, pictures to take, things to donate to make space and trying to dig a path through my garage. Three car garage and it barely holds a motorcycle plus piles of unneeded junk.

Sales for me have indeed slowed a tad. I believe the reasons are complex and varied. I have responded by lowering many of my prices to rock bottom and using offers to watchers. One must always remember that, in the bigger scheme of things, cash flow is just as important as profits; there is no shame in breaking even on an item. I have also noticed that I have been getting slightly more sales mid-week and slightly fewer sales on the weekends as, I reckon, people are getting out and about after two years of quarantining. Many who were able to make a living during the past two quarantine years may find difficulties making that same living moving forward. Just like in the ol' brick and mortar world that I came out of where about 90% of small businesses do not make it past the third year.

We are getting past the 3rd and momentum has been growing, when people are willing to drive 3-5 hours just to pick up a specific item and shop around, must be doing something right.

Chugging along - for as few items as I have in a super-saturated category, I'm doing OK - not as well as I was but OK.
Sourcing inventory is the tough thing for me.
I stopped my PL campaign and started a new one - everything is just all screwed up now - I can't add anything to the new campaign in listing without starting a new-new campaign. I wish I hadn't messed with it.

Trying to roll some lots of some of the stuff I have, trying to roll out more of what I know I have ready to go. And hoping I can move it well enough to clear my place out finally without having to give 85% of it away like I usually have to when I find ebay doesn't move it.

Which items are popular with buyers now?

Honestly, that is very difficult to answer. I sell clothing, books, toys, shoes, hats, antiques. Some of it is just knowing what sells from experience. Youtuber's can help, although most act as if everything they find sells, which is totally false. Some things sell and you make near to nothing, so it's not worth the time or money.

I sell car parts and I had no sales (0) since May 12. Nothing work. I sent offers and noone responded. I created new campaigns and nothing sold. I created markdown and nothing sold, i sent coupons and nothing sold. Really sucks.
soemone here said “breaking even” is as good as making profit. I wish Ebay had that mindset about themselves so we sellers can stay in business.
problem with sourcing merchandize becomes real.
