I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but either click the link
or you're not sourcing stuff that's in-demand or there's something wrong with your listings (prices too high, pictures aren't good, etc.)

Try and source some collectibles things like ephemera if really old can sell really well. You have to find things people want to buy. If you find common products there maybe a lot of competitors. Some older stuff like in my store or collectibles will find buyers but just make sure you research stuff first before you buy it. And always check sold comps on ebay before you list so you have an idea if the product will sell and for how much. Don't just blindly list anything, research is key. If you list the wrong products they simply won't sell. I have been very happy with my sales nearing 14000 feedback.

Do you mean you can't list items for sale?

I've tried but it still can't be sold
Some items are outright forbidden on eBay.
Most pornography, some types of auctions, firearms and alcohol.
And cannabis related items are looked at with a cautious eye.
Then there is the VeRO program which Blocks unauthorized sales of certain brands like Tiffany and Louis Vuitton.
You have to have a method of payment before selling.
And some innocuous items, like hand sanitizer and PPE masks are heavily restricted at the moment.
As a new seller, you have restrictions on the number and/or value of the items you can list and sell.
Commonly this is up to 10 items per month and up to $100 listing price.
So you could sell one $100 item or ten $10 items.
It is useful to do some buying on eBay before attempting to sell. Cheap items from sellers who leave immediate feedback are the best choice. Packaging materials like poly envelopes or packing tape. Or warm winter socks.
This not only gives you a better idea of how the platform really works, but also is a small protection against scams.

Someone noted that first, you have to research whether people are actually buying the items that you want to sell. Just as important though you will want to check whether there is a well-established and reliable person selling the item for less than you. They may also have better terms.
1) Check the item.
2) Check the price.
3) Check the quality of the competition.

Nobody can possibly give you any advice if you hide what you are doing behind a posting id.
