How about an 'EBAY FEEDBACK' letting us rate their performance as they rate ours.

Just a thought.

 

Not that I think they would care what we or anyone else might think but it might relieve some pressure for a day or so.

Ebay leaves feedback on performance every time they issued a demerit, every time they automatically ruled in the buyer's favor, every time a delivery was late for whatever reason, every time the P.O. didn't scan, every time a buyer said 'It didn't arrive', every time a buyer sent back broken items, worn items or even rocks.
Ebay leaves performance feedback not only these few things but on many many more.

It actually says "Tell us what you think" and I always assumed they are asking about the page I was currently on.

I guess you could be shipping something to the North Pole but stop and rate them for the ease of getting a CS rep on the phone.

They also say there will not be a reply and that makes me wonder if this is simply another of the many 'feel good' because 'we care' and want your advice that do nothing at all much less making someone 'feel good' because they 'care'.

That's like a Facebook forum discussing, oh lets say credits not being given after paying cash money for them and they want you to use an emoticon and tell everyone "how this makes you feel".
