When I list something, I check the Sold, Completed and current listings to get an idea of the price I should use.
This has become deadly dangerous because what others have easily listed and sold can get a seller permanently restricted for listing the same thing.
eBay's policies are in effect, NO POLICY, and appear to be decided by a broken computer program.
I have an "R" rated movie called "Die Watching", an average serial killer drama that many have listed and sold with no problem, but if I dare to list mine, the eBay hammer comes down because that old computer remembers that I listed it before and it was removed and there is a heavy penalty if I do it again, "I HAVE BEEN WARNED".
That others continue to list and sell it MEANS NOTHING to eBay.
So, when listing on eBay something that many others have listed and sold, be afraid, be very afraid because that eBay computer is watching and make decisions of life and death for sellers and cares not what others have done.
It's no longer the fun place it once was.
More like playing Russian Roulette when listing something.

If something you list was taken down and you received a warning not to list it again, very simply don't list it again.
Doesn't matter if others list it or not.

I have a folder of items that eBay has removed, happily, they are listed on user friendly sites.
Sane sites.

Just curious. I see 2 currently listed for $200+. What's the deal? Why so expensive?
