How To Get A Monthly Invoice Although Payments Are Managed

Hi,

I see that there won't be a monthly invoice issued after switching to managed payments.

But our accountant wants an invoice for fees as we need to add it to our expenses.

So, how will we get a monthly invoice for the fees?

Thanks

There's fee information and the like under Payments/Reports within the Seller Hub.  I don't know if that'll be sufficient (it downloads as a CSV and nothing fancy and formal), but you can download about any kind of information about your sales in that spot.

Edit: Or just under Reports in Seller Hub.  I'd check both of those spots and see if it produces what you need.

There is some info here on how to find some of it.

Good luck trying to find (one place) on eBay that you can easily

download what you need and turn that over to your accountant.

Monthly, eBay provides sellers with both a

"Tax Invoice" which shows your fees.

Payments / Reports / Invoices

"Financial Statement" which shows funds in & out of your account.

Payments / Reports / Statements

eBay will not send a monthly invoice because they do not bill you monthly.

Just print whatever report meets your accountants needs.
