How Is This Acceptable?? Can't view transactions, Payouts!!

OK, so for the entire day, when I use the eBay app and go to "Payments", and click on "Transactions" and to view my Payouts, I get some strange error message. It also keeps telling me to log in, but I already am. I ask a relative if it's happening to them as well, and they got the same error message. So, is Ebay just going to let this go for as long as they want???!

I surely hope you work for Ebay or are their long lost buddy, because if you're personally that bent out of shape over my post, that is just a little scary! Your reply is nothing but an insult actually, and if anyone else is experiencing the same problem that I mentioned, let me know. I really don't see how it's just me and my relative who also sells on Ebay. It's been well over 12 hours now.

Others are currently having problems viewing payouts in the eBay app.

Try using a browser to view your payouts.

This is the message that comes up, besides it asking me to log in my account. Guess me and my relative are the only ones. #unsolvedmystery

OP - it is the weekend so any glitches may not be addressed until later - have you tried from a laptop or PC ? May only be an issue with the app?

 I do think you’re a little upset over just an app.

You can check your bank to see what’s arrived and check directly on EBay to check what’s gone out.

…….and the second post was leaning on the snarky side. No one said it was only you two (implying the problem didn’t exist).

Maybe uninstall and reinstall the app?

@bethsattic3031  Just a quick update. There have been a number of posts on the Mentor boards with regard to this issue, so obviously it is a glitch.....
