I sold an item and the buyer paid the shipping cost. I bought an eBay label so I also paid the shipping cost. After deducting the eBay fee shouldn't I net an amount equal to the bid minus the fee? My label cost should be canceled because the buyer is paying for shipping. The buyer paid $139 (including shipping cost) and the eBay fee was $19. eBay told me my net was $113 yet they only sent me $80. Why??

Here it is.

Ebay must have also deducted the shipping label ($16.88) for the item sold on Jan 6 as well. That should get you from $96 to $80
Go to payments click on the relevant payout, should say "payout 123456789" and see the details.

Are your payouts set up for once a week? IF so, all cleared incoming payments and all printed shipping labels, if funded with your proceeds, will be deducted from your payout. I generally have several labels deducted for items sold and not included/cleared in my weekly payout, but I know I will get them the following week after they clear. You need to look at the line items in your financial summary.

Your item sold for $115 before shipping. So there's no way your net would be $113. Your net is $96. That's after you paid $18.73 in fees (13.5% of the total amount they paid).
Making $96 on $115 is exactly what you would expect if they are paying for shipping.
Why you only got $80 to your bank account must be because you owed $16 for something else.

Remember, the Payout is not determined "per sale"...there may be other "transactions" within the payout from other "sales"
(in other words, multiple transactions can be included in a payout)
Look here to see why/how the final number was determined.....
Click the "Payout ID" on the line with the number you are checking....

That's about right Shipping 16 plus 18.73 fees is about 35. 35 and 80 = 115
