Hi all.
I have four of the same item listed and I received an eBay message with an offer for all four including shipping.
After all of the things I've sold on eBay, I've never done this before.
I know it must be a simple thing to do, but I'm simpler - I guess. Any help?
Thanks!

Did you have Best Offer on the listing? If so, buyer just selects that and the quantity to purchase. However, shipping is fixed as offers are only for the items, per ebay policy. So you can't make changes to a separate shipping charge, but buyer could adjust he item offer to account for it.
Otherwise, if buyer just ask in message for a deal, just put the four in a single listing with the agreed on price and shipping for them to purchase from.

just put the four in a single listing with the agreed on price and shipping for them to purchase from.
When I make a special listing for a customer, I use their eBay ID as the title so they can find it easily.
And I put a deadline on the deal, since I also close the original items* so I don't get caught out.
If the customer does not meet the deadline, the special listings is closed, the original listings relisted **, and the customer Blocked.
* Most of my listings are One of a Kind.
** Usually as Sell Similar since I believe that gives them a "new listing" bounce in Search.
