Right now certain reasons you can request a call back on when you go under ebay.com/sellerhelp at the bottom choose need more help then scroll all the way down and choose contact us then pick the thing you need help with scroll all the way down and choose request a call back.

Amazing that most companies have worked through COVID customer service issues — even the IRS! Not ebay. Another reason to avoid customer service. Good luck.

Ebay is so difficult to navigate through the help section.  I've been with Ebay since the beginning.  Customer Service has not improved over the years.

I had occasion to call USPS concerning Informed Delivery yesterday, and the agent with whom I spoke was working from home. Really, unless you have access to a list of companies that have "worked through COVID customer service issues" and those that haven't, your statement is pure speculation.

With COVID-19 make a devastating resurgence in states that have relaxed restrictions, I think companies who are attempting their employees from workplace exposure are doing the right thing. Personally, I wouldn't expect any customer service agent to risk his/her life because I had an issue with an eBay transaction.

I can't find Listing Violations in any of the categories they have on the Seller Help site.

And the two phone numbers I have say they will connect me to an agent when I call but then it tells you to visit their help sites and ends the call. I'm guessing they fired all or most of the live agents in order to avoid the cost of protecting them from COVID-19 in office or setting them up remotely.

And as always the automated chat feature is absolutely worthless.  If your post is longer than three words it freaks out the system. 

The longer I sell on eBay the more worthless their customer service and this company becomes.
